SECTION 20 - INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS AND SHIPPING

Our business is headquartered in the UK, but we manufacture and distribute our products primarily within the US. As a result:

1. Regulatory Compliance: While we endeavor to ensure that our operations comply with applicable US laws and regulations, we are also subject to certain UK laws and regulations due to our location. In the event of any conflict between these jurisdictions, we shall act in a manner that we deem appropriate, taking into account our obligations in both territories.

2. Shipping and Selling Restrictions: We reserve the right to limit the areas we ship to. Due to varying international regulations, there might be countries we do not ship to. Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws and ensuring any products ordered comply with those laws.

3. Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to local charges, including customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges.

SECTION 21 - PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND USAGE

1. Nature of Products: All our products are non-GMO and consist of single ingredient micronutrient powders.

2. Usage Guidelines: Our products are intended to supplement the diet and should be consumed as per the recommended dosages provided. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Disclaimers: While our products are crafted with care, we do not guarantee specific health benefits or outcomes. Users should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

4. Quality Assurance: We are committed to ensuring the purity and safety of our products. However, individual reactions to ingredients may vary, and we are not liable for any adverse effects unless they are a direct result of our negligence.

SECTION 22 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Discussion and Video Call: Before taking any formal action, the parties agree to first discuss the matter informally for at least 30 days. To initiate this, the complaining party should notify the other party in writing and also request a video call to discuss the dispute and seek a resolution.

2. Mediation: In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through mediation. Both parties shall mutually select a mediator and engage in good faith efforts to resolve the dispute. The cost of the mediator shall be borne equally by the parties.

2. Arbitration:
If mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

2.1 Waiver of Jury Trial:
The parties understand and agree that they are waiving their rights to maintain other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle their disputes. The parties understand that by using arbitration, they are waiving their rights to a jury trial.

2.2 Waiver of Class Actions:
The parties agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

2.3 Location of Arbitration:
The location of the arbitration shall be in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction. If the parties cannot agree on the location, then the location shall be decided by the arbitrator.

3. Costs:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator(s), shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of counsel, experts, and witnesses, as well as any other costs related to preparing and presenting its case.

4. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proceedings, including but not limited to, mediation, arbitration, and any decisions or awards. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law.

SECTION 23 - MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Bossology mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bossology (“Bossology”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Bossology’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bossology through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bossology. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Bossology or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Bossology mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
