OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from bossology.me (the “Site”).

1 - MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE

By consenting to Bossology’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bossology through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. The Service includes service-related messages, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.), as well as promotional messages including promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). Participation in this program is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by texting the single keyword command STOP to Bossology or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Bossology or email jasmin@bossology.me.

2 - SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Why We Share & Who We Share With: Your trust is paramount to us. When you interact with our website, certain pieces of your information are shared with trusted third-party services to help us serve you better. Here's a breakdown of how and why:

Shopify: We've built our online store using Shopify. They help us ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and secure. To understand how Shopify might use your data, please check their Privacy Policy.

Meta's Facebook and Instagram: We work with Meta's tools like Facebook and Instagram to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. At the Maximum data-sharing level, we employ tools like the Facebook Conversions API and Meta pixel. These tools allow us to tailor our advertisements to your preferences, ensuring you only see content relevant to what you might be interested in from our brand. It's like having a personal shopping assistant who knows your taste. The data shared could include basics like your name, location, and contact details. But rest assured, this data is used solely to improve your experience with our brand and not for any other third-party advertising. Curious about the specifics? Here's Facebook's documentation about Conversions API.

Google Analytics: We use this tool to understand how our visitors interact with our site. This helps us refine our site to make your browsing experience better. Google's use of your data can be understood here: Google Privacy. And if you wish to opt out from Google's data collection, you can do so here.

SMS/Text Messaging Service: Additionally, your consent to our SMS/text messaging service allows us to share your mobile number and messaging preferences with our SMS/text messaging service providers to deliver the messages as described in the MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE section. This sharing is essential for the provision of the service and to fulfill your requests related to the service.

We DO NOT sell your personal information to third parties!

Applicable Laws and Regulations: Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

3 - WHAT WE DON'T DO

Your data is your own. We do not sell it, nor do we share it with third parties unrelated to the services mentioned above. When we share it, it's to enhance your shopping experience with us or to comply with legal obligations.

4 - YOUR RIGHTS

You're In Control: If you're based in Europe, you have specific rights about the personal information we hold. You can ask us to show it to you, fix it, update it, or even delete it. If you'd like to do any of that, or if you have questions, just reach out through our contact details below. And while we do our best to provide you with a personalized shopping experience, it's essential for you to know that your data may occasionally be processed outside Europe. But wherever it is, it's always handled with the utmost care and for the primary purpose of enhancing your relationship with our brand.
